Return & Exchange Policy
At Lavender Ladybugs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. You may return or exchange any item within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in its original condition and tags still attached. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund or exchange as requested.
We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us right away and we will make it right. We also offer exchanges for items that don't fit.
